These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kailith.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. ABOUT US

Kailith operates this Site to sell hand-knotted crystal jewelry. We ship across North America from our studio via trusted third-party freight partners.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent’s or guardian’s consent) to place an order on this Site.

4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

• We try to display product colours, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations between screen and the natural stone are
part of working with real materials.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars and include shipping, duties, and taxes for North American destinations.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

• Orders are confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.
• We may decline orders that appear to be placed for resale, fraud, or other abuse.

6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of this agreement.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on this Site — including photographs, product names, copy, and design — is owned by Kailith or used under licence.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
• You may share links to our products freely.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the Site’s security or other users’ enjoyment of it
• Submit false information in any order or communication

9. DISCLAIMERS

• Our products are handcrafted and made with natural materials. We do not make medical, spiritual, or metaphysical claims about them.
• The Site and products are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kailith’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Kailith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Kailith against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kailith operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We hope to resolve any issue you have directly. Please email hello@kailith.com first.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal proceeding.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

If we update these Terms, we will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
