1. Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Personalized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, or other customized products may require additional processing time. Where applicable, the estimated production time will be shown on the product page or communicated before shipment.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated processing period, we will contact the customer with a revised estimate and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

2. Shipping Origin and Carriers

Orders are dispatched from China.

Depending on the destination, parcel size, customs requirements, and service availability, orders may be shipped using China Post, UPS, or another suitable delivery partner.

KAILITH reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier and service for each order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard international delivery generally takes approximately 15–21 calendar days after dispatch.

Initial export processing and movement from our warehouse through the first customs stage may take several days. Tracking information may not update during this initial period.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by:

• Customs inspections or clearance delays
• Public holidays and peak shopping periods
• Weather or transportation interruptions
• Carrier or supply-chain disruption
• Remote delivery locations
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

4. Shipping Charges

KAILITH offers free standard shipping on orders of USD $99 or more, calculated after discounts and before import duties or taxes.

Shipping charges for orders below USD $99 will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address used for the order.

Tracking information may require several business days to become active after dispatch, particularly while the parcel is undergoing initial export processing.

6. Import Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

KAILITH does not control these charges or determine their amount. Customers should contact their local customs authority for further information before ordering.

Taxes or duties paid directly to customs authorities, carriers, or brokers cannot normally be refunded by KAILITH.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, and any information required for customs clearance.

Contact support@kailith.com as soon as possible if information needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return and reshipment costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact support@kailith.com with your order number.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, an eligible order will be replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable law.

9. Standard Returns

For standard, non-customized products, you may notify us that you wish to return an item within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused, except for reasonable inspection
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging, accessories, and certificates
• Free from alteration, damage, perfume, cosmetics, or other signs of wear

To begin a return, email support@kailith.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please contact us before shipping so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions. After notifying us of a return, the item should be dispatched within 14 days.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning a non-defective item because of a change of mind, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Keep the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.

Where required by applicable law, eligible customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal will receive a refund of the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.

11. Customized and Personalized Products

The following products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Made-to-order or customized products
• Engraved or personalized products
• Products resized or altered at the customer’s request

This exclusion does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable law requires a remedy.

12. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@kailith.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video of the product
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant

If the claim is confirmed, KAILITH will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products where required.

Reporting an issue within 14 days helps us investigate quickly, but this request does not limit any longer mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

13. Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact support@kailith.com before returning the product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. For change-of-mind exchanges, customers are responsible for applicable return and replacement shipping costs, unless local law requires otherwise.

14. Refunds

We will notify you after a returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. Where permitted, we may wait until the returned goods are received or until evidence of return shipment is provided.

15. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact support@kailith.com as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing or production has started.

Customized, engraved, personalized, or resized orders cannot normally be cancelled after production begins. Mandatory statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

16. Refused and Unclaimed Parcels

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and cooperating with the carrier or customs authority where necessary.

If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because import charges were not paid, any refund may be reduced by reasonable non-refundable shipping, return transportation, customs, or carrier charges, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
