SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece is hand-knotted to order. Shipping is included in the price you see — there are no separate handling, freight, or import-fee charges when your order arrives.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship across North America, including: • The United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii) • Canada If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

WHO SHIPS OUT TO YOU

Kailith works with trusted third-party freight partners based in Asia to fulfil orders outside our home region. Your order is hand-finished in our studio, then handed to our freight partner, who consolidates and dispatches it to your door. Because every parcel is hand-checked and individually routed, we are not able to use local last-mile carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, etc.) directly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE

1. Order processing 1–2 business days after you place your order 2. Studio hand-finishing & handoff to freight partner 3. International transit 7–14 business days 4. Local clearance & last-mile delivery 1–5 business days Estimated total delivery window: 7–21 business days from order date, depending on your address and customs clearance. Tracking is provided for every order.

PRICE BREAKDOWN

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. It includes: • The piece itself • Studio hand-finishing and quality check • International freight • Customs duties and import taxes • Last-mile delivery to your address There are no surprise charges on delivery.

DELAYS WE CANNOT CONTROL

Once your order leaves our studio we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by: • Customs inspections • Carrier disruptions (weather, strikes, holidays) • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses If your tracking has not updated for more than 14 business days, please email hello@kailith.com and we will open an investigation with our freight partner on your behalf.
